The FFM website told about the possibility of paying fares without commission

All trips along the Moscow High-Speed Diameter made within a day are summed up. Then a single payment account is formed within five days, which can be paid without commission in the "Parking of Russia" application, on the website msd.mos.ru and on the portal "Gosuservices", as noted on the official website of the MSD.

In the application "Parking of Russia" the opportunity to pay the bill is available in the section "Toll road trips". The user selects there a trip and a convenient way of payment - bank card or SBP. It is also possible to activate auto-payment in the application in the section "Bound cards and auto-payment" - then the cost of tolls will be automatically deducted from the bound bank card with a corresponding push notification.

To pay a fare on the website msd.mos.ru, you need to enter the state number of the car and the date of travel on the FFM in the "Fare payment" section, select the payment method and specify your phone number and e-mail.

It is also possible to pay for the FFM fare in the applications of banks, where the data on the vehicle are specified.

Fines for non-payment of the FFM toll are issued by the MADI on the basis of Article 10.13 of the Administrative Code of Moscow. For passenger cars, the fine is: 3 thousand rubles for individuals and 10 thousand rubles for legal entities, for trucks and buses - 5 thousand rubles for individuals and 15 thousand rubles for legal entities. You can pay it on the mos.ru portal in the section "Check and pay fines".

If you pay the fare within 20 days from the date of the ruling, the fine for non-payment of the FFM fare will be canceled automatically.

FFM toll rules changed as of February 15. The changes occurred only on weekdays during critically busy periods: from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. All other times the ride is free. The rules of transit travel on the CKAD-MSD-CKAD have not changed.
