Serbian NGO Russian Democratic Society recognized as undesirable in Russia


The Russian Prosecutor-General's Office has declared the activities of the Serbian non-governmental organization Russian Democratic Society undesirable on the territory of Russia. The corresponding statement was published on the website of the agency on February 24.
It is noted that the organization is engaged in recruiting Russian citizens who have left the country to create a mass anti-Russian protest movement in Serbia.
"Its members oppose the special military operation, spread inaccurate information on the Web about the alleged facts of forced resettlement of Ukrainian children," - specified in the Prosecutor General's office.
In addition, according to the agency, the Russian Democratic Society is a partner and sponsor of other undesirable and terrorist organizations, as well as foreign agents.
Earlier, February 13, the agency recognized the activities of the Portuguese NGO "Association of Free Russians" as undesirable in Russia. It was specified that its members oppose the special military operation and support the Kiev regime's crimes, including financially.
