The architecture of Krasnodar's buildings will be approved by the city mayor

In Krasnodar from March 1, 2025 comes into force the decree on the new order of approval of administrative regulations for approval of architecture of buildings. From this date the architecture of city buildings will be approved by the head of the administration.

However, it was not in force, because the condition for this was the introduction by the City Duma of changes to the rules of land use and development in terms of requirements for urban design.

At the moment, adjustments were made to the Unified Territorial Planning Document. It will come into force on March 1, 2025.

Yug" reported that the approval or refusal to approve the architectural appearance of buildings must first be approved by the Deputy Mayor, the manager of the administration, and then the mayor himself or a person authorized by him. Approval will be in the format of a municipal service, which is provided to developers.

Earlier it was reported that in the Krasnodar region in 2025 will continue restoration of 27 architectural monuments. Specialists are developing documentation for more than 1 thousand monuments.
