Criminal case opened after beating a dog in Birobidzhan

In Birobidzhan, a criminal case has been opened over the fact of cruel treatment of a dog. The decision was made based on the results of an investigative inspection, which was conducted after the appearance of publications in social networks.

EAOMedia IA explains that an unknown person at the house on Pionerskaya Street in Birobidzhan severely beat a dog. It was found by animal rights activists in a garbage container in the same area and handed over to veterinarians.

As a representative of the press service of the state institution "Palace-Castle Swallow's Nest" Tatyana Levashova told "Izvestia", the security of the complex noticed the tragedy after the fact, reviewing footage from video surveillance cameras. One of the first visitors of the Swallow's Nest turned out to be the animal killer.
