There is more realism in the position of many countries regarding the Ukrainian issue, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on 24 February.

"We do not change our position and note only with satisfaction that there is more realism, much more realism in the position of many countries that understand that without a long-term, sustainable agreement that would eliminate the root causes of this situation, it will be impossible to agree on anything," he said at a press conference following talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
