The Russian embassy in Paris has no information regarding possible provocations by pro-Ukrainian activists on February 24 - the day of the third anniversary of the start of the special operation, the diplomatic mission told Izvestia.

"It is not a question of whether we expect provocations from so-called pro-Ukrainian activists, but about the embassy's readiness to effectively counter any anti-Russian actions. We are ready for this," the diplomats said.

According to media reports, marches in support of Ukraine will be held that day in Nantes, Le Mans and a number of other cities in France. A procession was held in Paris on February 23.

On 11 February, the press bureau of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said that Ukrainian security services were preparing to carry out a series of high-profile anti-Russian provocations in the near future.
