On February 22, as part of the Winter International Festival of Arts in Sochi's Winter Theater, the winners of the photography contest "ARGUS-2024. Photography among the Arts". The event is organized by the Russian Concert Agency together with the PhotoVisa International Biennale of Photography.
Pavel Volkov, photographer of Izvestia International Exhibition Center, won in the nomination "Photo Series. Event. Report on cultural events" for a series of photos he took in North Korea in the summer of 2024.
"ARGUS 2024. Photography among the Arts" is designed to reveal the creative potential of contemporary photographers of different generations in Russia, to support their creative pursuits, and to create a platform for them to communicate with the audience.
