The "Streets of Heroes" campaign started in Moscow on Defender of the Fatherland Day

The action "Streets of Heroes" started in Moscow on February 23. This was reported by the director of the SBU "Mosvolonter" Alexander Levit.

According to him, within the framework of the action volunteers and members of the youth community "STOLITS" will inform the residents of the capital about the feats of the participants of the Great Patriotic War (WWII), reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

The action will last until May 9. It will take place twice a week. Muscovites and guests of the capital will be told historical facts and toponyms associated with the feats and heroes of the Great Patriotic War, writes aif.ru.

Each activist has an information booklet, where the main points of heroic feats of soldiers are spelled out. Levit stressed that future generations should know and honor the feat of true heroes, reports "Moscow 24".
