Three more Moscow mansions have been entered into the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Objects. This was reported on February 24 on the website of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

It is specified that the list includes the mansion of merchants Markov, the dwelling house of P.A. Bachurina - I.E. Smirnov and the mansion of S.K. Tronchet. Earlier these buildings had the status of revealed objects of cultural heritage.

Thanks to the new status these buildings are protected from demolition. In addition, owners and tenants are obliged to coordinate all works with the relevant authorities and take measures to preserve these objects.

Thus, the mansion of the Markov merchants underwent a comprehensive restoration in 2022-2024. In 1901, the building was re-equipped for renting apartments.

The residential house of P.A. Bachurina - I.E. Smirnov also underwent several changes. In 1913, according to the project of architect Sergey Voskresensky, a new house was built, which included the old wooden structure.

"S.K. Tronše's mansion in Khomutovský tupik was built in 1910, designed by architect Witold Dziewulski and commissioned by merchant Kamill Hermann Fedor Tronše and his wife Sofia Karlovna (after whom it was named). The facades of the two-story building are made in the neoclassical style, which was popular at the beginning of the last century", - stated in the publication.

Earlier, on January 30, Sergei Sobyanin said that more than 30 architectural monuments in the next three years will be put in order in the Moscow estate Kuzminki. Restorers are already working on 19 objects.
