Moscow mayor told what social facilities will be built in the next two years


Since 2011, 1118 objects of social infrastructure have been built in Moscow, including schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, sports complexes and cultural facilities. This was reported in his official Telegram-channel by the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.
"Of them in 2024 - 49 schools and kindergartens, 14 health care facilities, 17 sports and nine cultural facilities," - wrote the mayor of Moscow
Among the key projects in 2024 are a new campus of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University - the central cluster, Quantum Park and a complex of dormitories. The Moscow Multidisciplinary Clinical Center "Kommunarka" opened a radiotherapy building, and an ice palace was built in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain.
Sobyanin added that in the next two years it is planned to build about 150 new social facilities. Among them are a multidisciplinary complex of St. Vladimir's Children's City Clinical Hospital in Sokolniki, new buildings of Moscow City Oncology Hospital No. 62 in Skolkovo, as well as a complex of buildings of the Central Moscow Hippodrome on Begovaya Street.
In addition, in 2024, the capital's Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning approved 9,714 urban planning plans for land plots and 686 architectural and urban planning concepts. The Committee for pricing policy in construction reviewed 5,339 sets of design documentation, which allowed to reduce the cost of construction of budgetary objects by 47.5 billion rubles, or 16.5%.
It is reported that the majority of specialized services have been transferred to the electronic format, which allows to present them to the developer in a convenient form.
