In Primorsky Krai, a criminal case has been initiated against the class teacher of the first class of MBOU "School № 5 of Tavrichanka settlement" on suspicion of improper performance of duties on upbringing of a minor. About it on February 23 reports the Department of the investigative Committee (IC) for the region.

"According to the investigation, the figurehead, being an elementary school teacher and class teacher of the first class, mistreated one of her students", - said in a statement of the Department in Telegram-channel.

The woman is suspected in Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill the duties of upbringing of a minor").

It is noted that at the moment investigators are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
