Court arrests three accused of torturing girls at car wash


Three defendants accused of kidnapping and torturing two girls at a car wash in the Sverdlovsk region were taken into custody. This was reported on Sunday, February 23, in the Telegram channel of the Sverdlovsk Regional Court.
The court in Kamensk-Uralsky elected the attackers a measure of restraint in the form of detention in custody until April 4.
They are accused of committing crimes under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism committed by a group of persons"), p. p. "a", "c", "d", "g" part 2 of article. 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Kidnapping of two persons with the use of violence, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy against a minor known to be a minor") and paragraph "a" of part 3 of article 133 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Coercion to acts of a sexual nature committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").
The regulator's ruling against the 16-year-old resident of Kamensk-Uralsky can be appealed within three days. It is also specified that the ruling has not entered into legal force in respect of him and his 21-year-old accomplice.
The petition for the imprisonment of the 17-year-old attacker was satisfied.
About the abuse of three men over 17-year-old and 18-year-old girls reported on February 21 in the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk region. The attackers committed the kidnapping, having caught up with the victims at the house of one of them. After they took the girls to a car wash, where they undressed them, beat them, poured water on them and filmed it all on camera.
Earlier, February 18, the regional department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan reported that the police detained a resident of Ufa on charges of assaulting three underage girls in the apartment of one of them. The man was in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
