The Russian Armed Forces destroyed an AFU tank with Lancet in the border area of the Kursk Region

The Russian military grouping "North" has destroyed a tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of Kursk Region with a Lancet barrage munition. The Russian Defense Ministry published objective control footage on February 23.

The tank's movement to a firing position was detected from the air by a reconnaissance unit. After analyzing the data received, a decision was made to open fire. As a result of a direct hit by the Lancet, the militants' equipment was destroyed.

Real-time objective control footage captured the exact hit on the AFU tank, followed by the explosion of the ammunition and a heavy fire.

Earlier on February 23, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that FPV drone crews from the Rubicon test center for advanced unmanned technologies had struck at night against AFU armored and vehicle equipment in the border region of Kursk Oblast. The ministry added that the operators of the strike drones were eliminating the AFU's manpower in places where militants were concentrated.
