US President Donald Trump is a unique American leader if we take into account the stability of his power and the election result, while Russian head of state Vladimir Putin, in turn, is special because the level of his support among the population is off the charts. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalist Pavel Zarubin on February 23.
"President Trump won the election with a result that is unique for America. <...> That is, in terms of the stability of his authority, his power, he is an absolutely unique president of the United States," Peskov said in a fragment of a video published in the journalist's Telegram channel.
