Polish president discussed with Trump the establishment of the US military base "Fort Trump"

Polish President Andrzej Duda shared on Sunday, February 23, that he discussed with his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump the establishment of the U.S. military base Fort Trump.

"We talked about several things, among other things about Fort Trump," he said on Republika TV channel.

According to Duda, the US president remembered that the base was going to be built on Polish territory. The president of the republic added that Trump called Warsaw Washington's most loyal ally.

The meeting between Trump and Duda was reported by CBS News on February 21. Following the meeting on February 22, the Polish president shared that in the conversation with the American leader, the security of the republic was discussed. Duda said that Washington could strengthen its military presence in Warsaw.
