- Russians have been warned about a new type of fraud with payments to the combatants of the NWO

Fraudsters are spreading fake messages about a lump-sum payment to the participants of the SVO in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day. This was reported by TASS on February 22, citing a source in the Russian security agencies.
"E-mails are receiving letters informing that veterans of the special military operation, as well as active servicemen involved in combat operations, will be granted a lump-sum cash payment, for which they need to "send an application to their military unit or to the institution where the contract was signed," the source told TASS.
Russians have been advised not to respond to such letters, not to download attachments from them and not to follow the links indicated in the message. Otherwise, scammers can take possession of a person's personal data or gain control over his device.
Earlier in the day, Roskachestvo reported that scammers started sending fake SMS about the return of full functionality of Visa and Mastercard cards in Russia. They offer the user to undergo "validation" via a link that actually leads to a phishing resource.
