A delegation from Russian Grids took part in ELECRAMA, one of the world's largest exhibitions of the electrical industry. According to the company, its CEO Andrei Ryumin visited the stands of leading equipment manufacturers. In addition, he had meetings with representatives of the Indian Ministry of Electricity and with manufacturing companies.

According to Ryumin, "today India is one of the leaders in the global power industry, and is among the main developers and consumers of high-tech products." "Russian Grids is developing a dialog with Indian companies and also exchanging experience in the context of "adapting the latest solutions to meet the needs of the modern power industry," the head of the company said.

In New Delhi, Andrey Ryumin also met with Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov and Russian Trade Representative Alexander Rybas. During the conversation they discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between the two states in the electric power industry.

Representatives of Russian Grids toured the stands of key exhibitors, including CG Power and Industrial Solutions, Kalpataru Group, KEC, Hartek Group. A number of joint Russian-Indian projects were discussed.

According to the company, ROSSETI actively promotes interaction between Russian and Indian enterprises. "ROSSETI, in particular, provides expert support for the preparation of investment projects to develop high-tech production sites, makes available its own scientific, technical, and testing facilities, and organizes experience exchange events between market players, including through CIGRE.
