American writer and activist Ashley St. Clair wants to seek judicial recognition of billionaire Ilon Musk as the father of her child. The New York Post (NYP) reported on February 22.

"She asked the court to issue an order requiring 53-year-old Musk to undergo a genetic test to determine whether he is the father," - stated in the material.

According to the publication, the writer filed the petition in the Supreme Court of Manhattan on Friday, February 21. According to the petition to establish paternity, the couple conceived a child in January 2024 during a trip to the island of St. Barth.

According to the documents, Musk was not present at the birth of the child and saw him only three times. However, the custody filing notes that the billionaire never once asked to be shown his son or sent photos. St. Clair also showed a snapshot of the businessman with the baby in his arms.

St. Clair said on Feb. 14 that her and Musk's baby was born five months ago. She clarified that she did not report his birth earlier for the boy's safety.
