The Russian Armed Forces have liberated the Novolubovka settlement in the Luhansk People's Republic. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on February 22.

"As a result of decisive actions of the units of the grouping of troops "West" the Novolubovka settlement of the Lugansk People's Republic has been liberated," the ministry said in a statement.
