An exposition dedicated to the participants of the NWO was opened in Moscow

Pavilion 58 at VDNKh opened a special project "Museum of Special Operations Forces" dedicated to the heroism of special military operation participants. It introduces the victorious traditions of our country and the feats of Russian soldiers - paratroopers, artillerymen, storm troopers, pilots, soldiers of the Special Operations Forces, engineers and other branches of the armed forces. The guests of honor on the first day of the exhibition were defenders of the Fatherland, volunteers and public figures.
"The exposition will be interesting to see both the younger generation and adults. This is an opportunity to touch historical events that are happening before our eyes. To pass them through ourselves, to feel them and keep them in memory. The opening of the museum is also important for those who were and now are at the front. Of course, people do not go to the front for recognition, but it is still nice when people see and respect your merits", - said Nikita Pastushok, a participant of military operations in the Luhansk People's Republic and Kharkiv region.
The exhibition is timed to the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
"During the Great Patriotic War our fathers and grandfathers showed exceptional courage and fortitude. And now their grandchildren and great-grandchildren show the same courage, the same fortitude. The opening of the exposition is an important event in the life of Moscow and our entire country. Especially in the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland, when large-scale preparations are underway to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Victory. I think the exhibition will be extremely popular," said Major General Gennady Zaitsev, Hero of the Soviet Union, veteran of the Special Forces.
The special project in different formats presents the goals, ideals and life of servicemen on the front line, allows you to feel a sense of belonging to the fate of the Motherland and to those who defend its sovereignty.
"History is being made before our eyes today. Guys participate in combat operations, show determination and courage. It is important to preserve the memory of their heroism and unity. And the exhibition at VDNKh will help in this," emphasized Sergei Subbotin, a veteran of combat operations, a participant of the SVO.
