Rubio pledged to submit a "historic resolution" on the conflict in Ukraine to the UN

On 24 February, theUSA will submit to the UNGA a resolution on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced by the American Secretary of State Mark Rubio on February 22.
