More than a quarter - 27% - of Russians would like to have a sauna in their apartment. Among men, 22% dream of a specially equipped place for repair and creativity. This became known on February 21, thanks to the survey data of Optima Development, which was read by "Gazeta.Ru".

In third place in the list of desired amenities was a gym, it was chosen by 19% of respondents. A home theater was preferred by 15%, and a game room - 12%.

Less popular were such options as home brewery (9%), billiard room (7%), cigar room (5%), virtual shooting gallery (4%) and music studio (3%).

The company noted that the billiard room requires the largest area, but it usually does not exceed 20 square meters. meters.

Dmitry Golev, Commercial Director of Optima Development, emphasized that the need for an additional room should be considered before buying an apartment.

According to him, in new premium-class buildings in Moscow, housing with four or more rooms makes up only 5% of the total volume of offers. If the need for personal space arose later, you can consider the option of buying a neighboring apartment to combine.
