The difference in price between new business class apartments with and without finishing has tripled. Christina Nedrya, director of commercial management of STONE, told "Gazeta.Ru" on February 21
"64% of business class apartments in Moscow are sold without finishing, and 9% - with finishing. Another 27% are premises with pre-finished repair. Over the last year the price gap between new business class buildings with and without finishing has significantly increased. Now a square meter in the premises with finishing costs Br522 thousand, which is almost Br69 thousand more expensive than in a similar version of real estate without finishing (Br453 thousand per square meter)," she said.
The expert also pointed out that a year ago the difference amounted to only Br22 thousand. At the same time, new buildings of the same class with pre-finishing are sold for an average of Br460 thousand per square meter. m.
Sales of business class apartments and apartments with finishing take place mainly in the sector of ready or almost completed buildings. At the stage of excavation such proposals are less than 1%.
On the same day, Russians told what real estate, in their opinion, the most attractive for investment in 2025. More than half of respondents (53.8%) would prefer to invest in residential real estate. For commercial real estate voted 40.4% of respondents, the remaining 5.8% chose industrial.
