Media reported Trump's unfreezing of $5.3 billion in previously frozen foreign aid

US President Donald Trump has unfrozen $5.3 billion in previously frozen foreign aid. This was reported by Reuters on February 21.
The agency received a list of 243 waivers approved as of February 13, totaling $5.3 billion. The list includes programs that will be funded by the government.
However, the list of countries to which the State Department will resume military aid is not reported.
According to the list, more than half of the programs that will be authorized for implementation are administered by the State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and are aimed at helping to combat drug trafficking and illegal migration in the United States.
It is specified that these exemptions cost the Trump administration $293 million and included funds for databases to track migrants, identify possible terrorists and share biometric information.
A federal judge in the United States on February 14 ordered the Trump administration to re-direct foreign aid, which the American leader ordered to freeze immediately after taking office. It is noted that, according to the instance, the 90-day universal freeze imposed by Trump is sudden and illegal, that it is necessary to resume funding for hundreds of contractors of foreign aid.
On January 20, the White House website published Trump's executive order on January 20 on the suspension for 90 days of Washington's development assistance to other countries.
