Lada Yarus and Yashma names registered in Russia

Applications for registration of new trademarks Lada Yarus and Lada Yashma have appeared in the open database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS), Izvestia has noted. It is possible that these names will be given to promising Lada models in the future. Applications were filed on February 17 and published on February 20, the applicant is not specified in them, but the contact information indicates an address from Togliatti.

Earlier this week, applications for registration of trademarks Lada Parus, Lada Ariva and Lada Tigris appeared in the FIPS database. And at the end of last year it was reported that AvtoVAZ patented two new trademarks - Retiva and Altra.

It is known that the company has such registered names in its stock as Fortuna, Ladoga, Svoboda, Slavia and Quanta, Binar, Antiga, XRave, Excite. The names Kvest, Onega, Kam4atka, X Path, Expira, Intriga and others are also assigned to AvtoVAZ. Under the patented in 2021 name Aura in 2024 began to produce a business sedan based on Vesta. And under the name Xcite, which was formalized back in 2015, nine years later began production of crossovers in St. Petersburg.
