A man died as a result of a truck collision in the urban district of Khimki. This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow region on Friday, February 21.

The accident occurred around 5:40 Moscow time at 4 km of Sheremetevskoye highway.

According to preliminary information, the driver born in 1968, driving a Volkswagen truck, hit a man who was crossing the road at an unregulated crosswalk. The pedestrian, born in 1986, died at the scene of the accident.
