Spacecrafts are being sent to Mars, but the Soviet ideas of sending a living cell there cannot be realized yet. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of the Future Technologies Forum on February 21.
"What's the deal with flights to Mars after all? Is it possible to fly a living cell there and return back? Only in a fair way," Putin asked scientists.
