- After the AFU shelled the village of Kozino in the Kursk region, the local DK caught fire

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have shelled the village of Kozino in Kursk Region, resulting in the burning of the Kozino DK, which also houses the administration of the local village council. This was reported on February 21 by Alexander Khinshtein, the region's acting governor.
"Valuable things and documents were promptly taken out. There are no victims - the population of the village was evicted even earlier," he pointed out in his Telegram-channel.
As noted by the acting governor, the village is located only 1.5 kilometers from the border between Russia and Ukraine, so the start of repair work is out of the question. They will start to restore the infrastructure of the border area only after Kursk region will be finally cleared of Ukrainian troops.
Before that, on February 19, Hinshtein reported that in the town of Rylsk, Kursk region, an electrical substation was attacked and hit by two AFU drones. Emergency crews were working to eliminate the consequences of the incident.
