Three illegal dumps were discovered in the south of the Moscow region

In the Moscow region the facts of violation of waste disposal in Leninsky and Ramensky districts have been revealed. The territories were inspected by inspectors of environmental supervision of the regional Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the press service of the agency reports on Friday, February 21.

According to the results of the survey, the information about illegal dumps was confirmed. So, at the 4th km of Doninsky highway in Ramensky district found a septic tank, near which there is a trace of spillage of untreated sewage. In Leninsky District, specialists recorded signs of waste importation and disposal on two plots of land. The owners of the land turned out to be two women.

All three owners of plots announced warnings about the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements, writes the online edition of "Podmoskovye Segodnya". After a conversation with the inspectors of eco-supervision, the owners of Lenin lands have already started the removal of waste, which they plan to certify by the end of the month.

Earlier in February it was reported that regional authorities will have to eliminate unauthorized garbage dumps, if the culprits of their occurrence can not be identified. This is stated in a draft law prepared with the participation of the Russian Environmental Operator (REO).
