A one-year-old girl ate pills for epilepsy in Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. The child is in hospital, reports TV channel "78" on Friday, February 21.
The incident occurred the day before in the apartment of one of the houses on the street Telmana. Around 7 pm the baby was hospitalized with acute oral poisoning. Her condition is assessed as serious.
It is known that the girl has a complete family, is not registered. All the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
Earlier in February, a similar incident occurred in the Kolpino district of St. Petersburg. A three-year-old girl was poisoned by paracetamol syrup. The child was taken to hospital in serious condition.
