Muscovites collected more than 30 thousand gifts for the participants of the NWO

Muscovites and volunteers collected more than 30,000 gifts for the participants of the Defense of the Fatherland Day. Among them - warm clothes, care products, sweets, as well as cards with wishes and words of support, said in his official Telegram-channel the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.

The action was held at more than 50 sites throughout the city. It was attended not only by residents, but also by organizations: schools and colleges, state institutions and enterprises, commercial companies. For example, the Zelenograd Palace of Children and Youth Creativity handed over a box of drawings and a package of postcards. There is a QR code on them, by means of which it is possible to listen to the stories for fathers and grandfathers, who are in the zone of SWO.

The volunteers have prepared and helped to send all the gifts to the servicemen.

Muscovites all the year round collect the necessary things for the participants of the SVO, make camouflage nets, sew things, together with children write letters and send them to the front, the head of the city has added.
