Taiwan's Armed Forces reported the approach of 28 PRC aircraft and seven ships

Seven ships and 28 aircraft of the People's Liberation Army of China (PLA) approached Taiwan. This was reported on the night of February 21 by the Ministry of Defense of the country in the social network X.

It is noted that 25 aircraft of China crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.

"28 sorties of PLA aircraft and seven PLA Navy ships operating around Taiwan were detected before 6:00 (01:00 Moscow time) today. 25 of the 28 aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's northern and southwestern air defense zones," the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that the Taiwanese authorities were monitoring the situation and were able to respond in a timely manner.

Earlier, on January 25, eight ships and 28 aircraft of the People's Liberation Army of China (PLA) crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait and entered the identification zone of Taiwan's air defense.
