Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak said that foreign companies will be able to return to Russia only on terms favorable for the country. He said this in a conversation with TASS on February 20.

"The return of foreign companies and investors to Russia is possible only on terms favorable for us. We should be guided solely by our national interests," Novak said.

According to him, many niches have already been occupied by manufacturers from Russia or partners from friendly countries. At the same time, the process of achieving leadership in technology will continue even if external circumstances change.

Deputy Prime Minister also said that now it is necessary to have its own advanced technologies in critical areas for the development of the leading sectors of the Russian economy.

Earlier, on February 19, analysts of the Kokoc Group platform predicted a massive return of foreign companies to Russia: 350 foreign brands may re-enter the country's market in 2025.
