An expert estimated the cost of demolishing Pugacheva and Galkin's castle in Gryazi

The demolition of the "castle" belonging to singer Alla Pugacheva and comedian Maxim Galkin (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) in the Moscow region was estimated at 40 million rubles. Such an assessment was made by the president of the Association of real estate owners Vladimir Kapustin in a conversation with the publication "Abzats".
"Demolition of such a large-scale real estate, as the castle of Pugacheva and Galkina, will cost about 40 million rubles. This cost will include the removal of construction waste. But I am against demolishing ready-made capital structures. It is better to adapt this housing to modern needs, to make it useful for society," he said.
It is noted that recently residents of the village of Gryaz near Moscow, where the castle is located, complain about its dilapidation, mold coating and rusting of adjacent structures, including gates.
The area of the abandoned property is approximately 2,500 square meters.
In the fall of 2022 in a number of Telegram channels there were posts that the Russian singer, People's Artist of the USSR Alla Pugacheva decided to sell luxury real estate in the village of Gryaz. In turn, the singer's director refused to comment on this information.
