Details of the last hours of former One Direction band member Liam Payne's life before his death as a result of a fall from a hotel balcony have emerged: the performer was taking drugs and spending time in the company of girls of easy behavior, the Daily Mail reported on February 20.

"Forensic examination of the last hours of the 31-year-old man's life showed that he had contacted two women through a sex worker website and invited them to his hotel room," the tabloid reported.

It is specified that the women, after arriving at the place, discovered that Payne was taking drugs. The musician further asked them to get him more drugs, after which he had group sex with the girls.

"Court documents show that after two and a half hours in the room, he (Liam Payne. - Ed.) smashed the TV and then forced them to leave without paying for the meeting," reads the publication.

The picture of the last hours of the musician's life is documented in a 35-page report that judges in Argentina prepared to explain their decision to drop charges against Payne's friend and former manager Rogelio "Roger" Nores, as well as two hotel employees in connection with his death. The case against Nores is currently dismissed.

Liam Payne died on October 16 after falling more than 13 meters from the balcony of the CasaSur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the time, the Marca tabloid reported that police found a broken TV and some kind of powdery substance in Payne's room. In the bathroom there were candle burns and traces of soot. On December 30, it became known that the court in Argentina accused five people of involvement in Payne's death: The victim's representative Rogelio Nores, who also accompanied Payne on a trip to Buenos Aires to reapply for a U.S. visa, CasaSur Hotel manager Gilda Martin and hotel front desk manager Esteban Reynaldo Grassi, charged with manslaughter, as well as waiter Brian Pais, whom the singer met in the Puerto Madero area, and hotel employee Esquel Pereira, where the musician was staying.
