A teenager fell off the trunk of a car driven by a 13-year-old child

In the Dzerzhinsky district of Volgograd, a 17-year-old teenager fell off the trunk of a car driven by a 13-year-old schoolboy. This was reported on February 20 by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Russia in the region in Telegram-channel.

According to preliminary data, the incident occurred at night on February 17. A 13-year-old teenager drove a car "VAZ-2107", in which there were five people. The sixth passenger was placed on the trunk lid.

The underage driver hit an artificial bump, because of which the 17-year-old did not keep his balance and fell on the roadway, receiving various injuries.

"In respect of the legal representative of the minor, who drove the car, an administrative report under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for improper fulfillment of parental duties", - writes the agency, adding that law enforcement authorities are conducting a verification of what happened.
