Russian President Vladimir Putin takes part in a plenary session of the Future Technologies Forum. The broadcast is being carried by Izvestia on Friday, February 21.

The main theme of the forum is "New Materials and Chemistry".

In his greeting to the participants, the head of state noted that the event demonstrates a high level of interest and cooperation, as well as will make it possible to come up with specific initiatives, interregional and interstate projects that will be in demand.

The Future Technologies Forum has been held annually in Moscow since 2023. In 2025, it is supported by the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Science Foundation and the Russian Quantum Center. The co-organizers are Gazprombank, the Moscow City Government, and Rosatom State Corporation. The strategic scientific partner is SIC Kurchatov Institute.
