Berbock opened up about surviving sexual harassment

German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock told the G Spot podcast on February 19 about her experience of sexual harassment during her school days.

According to her, an elderly man got on the bus to school and put his hand on her leg, and the future German foreign minister did not immediately decide to sit down.

"It is still vivid in my memory. <...> It took me five stops to decide to change seats," Berbock said, noting that it was just one of many such incidents.

Berbok also said that although she did not enter politics with the aim of fighting for women's rights, she began to raise this topic much more often afterwards.

Earlier, Duma deputy Alexei Chepa called Berbock a disgrace for Germany. In his opinion, the behavior of Berbock indicates a complete failure in her work, writes "Gazeta.ru".
