Production of fast electric charging stations will appear in Moscow

Moscow plans to conclude an offset contract for the creation of production of fast electric charging stations. Investors will build or modernize the enterprise in three years and then service the finished equipment for 10 years, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin said in his official Telegram channel.

Since 2017, Moscow has already signed 29 offset contracts, and product deliveries have begun under nine of them. Thanks to offsets, the capital receives medicines, baby food, medical products and other.

The essence of the contracts is that investors at their own expense create or modernize production facilities, and the city undertakes to purchase their goods.

The total volume of purchases under offset contracts will amount to more than 625 billion rubles. In total, over 8 thousand jobs will be created.
