The source denied information about the AFU's preparations for a breakthrough into the Bryansk region

Information that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are preparing an attempt to break into Kursk and Bryansk regions is not confirmed. A source close to the Russian Defense Ministry told Izvestiya on 20 February.

They specified that all movements of the enemy troops are under the control of Russian troops. Pre-emptive strikes by artillery and aviation are being carried out against the enemy's manpower and equipment.
