Weather forecasters told Muscovites about the weather this weekend

The weekend, February 22 and 23, Muscovites are expected predominantly cloudy weather. No precipitation is expected on both days, as follows from the data of the "Yandex Weather" service, which were reviewed by "Izvestia" on February 21.

Saturday, February 22, Moscow will be cloudy, precipitation is not expected. Gusts of weak westerly wind will reach 2 m/s. In the morning the temperature will be -8...-7, in the afternoon will remain at -2, and by night will return to morning values.

"In cities near Moscow, such as Odintsovo, Podolsk, Lyubertsy, Vidnoye and Domodedovo, the temperature during the day will be about -6," - specified forecasters.

On Sunday, February 23, the weather in the capital is predicted to be cloudy, without precipitation. The temperature in the morning will be -11...-10, in the afternoon will rise to -5...-3, and at night will remain at -11...-9. A weak wind is expected, gusts of which will reach 1.3 m/s in the afternoon. In the central districts of the capital (Tverskaya, Arbat, Tagansky, Yakimanka) throughout the day the temperature will be one degree higher than in other parts of the city.

At the same time in the Moscow region conditions will remain similar to those in the capital: no precipitation is expected throughout the day. The temperature will be at the level of Moscow values or a maximum of one degree lower, experts predicted.

Earlier, on February 14, it was reported that meteorologists predict an unusually warm spring in 2025. The strongest deviation from the usual weather will be noticeable in the capital, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh and Samara. At the same time, the flowering of plants and seasonal allergies will begin earlier than usual. This follows from the data of the service "Yandex Weather".
