Perm-based Kama has started producing packaging for Vkusno - i Dot (Tasty - and Dot)

Cardboard and paper mill "Kama" from Krasnokamsk (Perm region) will cooperate with the fast food chain "Vkusno - and point". The parties signed a memorandum of cooperation for 2025, the company's website reported on Thursday, February 20.

Since January, the company has been producing packaging for restaurant products: hamburgers, fries, boxes of combo kiddies and so on. The main task of the packaging is to preserve the high quality of food, its temperature and flavor, to be durable and convenient. As the company emphasized, Kama cartons perfectly cope with these tasks.

The mill has a practice of concluding direct agreements with brand owners - food manufacturers. In 2024, the mill worked under similar agreements with three major companies.

"Kama" is the only Russian producer of light-coated paper and coated boxboard, writes IA " Ura.ru". Since 2024, the mill has been a part of the Sveza group of companies.

Earlier in February, Kama received support from the Russian government to modernize its facilities. The enterprise will be granted a long-term lease of forest land with the volume of 365 thousand cubic meters per year. By 2027, the mill will ensure the projected utilization of cardboard production capacities up to 270 thousand tons annually.
