Tsivileva handed over keys to apartments to servicemen in the Moscow region


Deputy Defense Minister of the Russian Federation, chairman of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation Anna Tsivileva handed over keys to apartments to servicemen in Moscow Region. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on February 20.
The servicemen were given 21 keys to 20 service and one permanent apartment in a house on Balashikha highway. In total, there are 128 apartments in the residential building, they were renovated by the FSAU Roszhilkompleks.
"We have a program of accumulative mortgage system, you know it, but a decision has been made, and we will improve it," Tsivileva said, addressing the servicemen.
The deputy minister also congratulated the military on the upcoming holiday and reminded that 2025 is announced as the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland.
"Let me congratulate you on the upcoming holiday, Defender of the Fatherland Day. <...> And now comes such a holiday, which is directly connected with you, with your service, with your service to the state. For this I thank you very much, I bow to you. I want to thank your loved ones for their patience, support, strength, which they give to you as well. And it's very nice that children are present here as well, because life goes on, and this is the most important thing," she said.
Tsivileva also personally talked to the servicemen and their families. Together with the wife of one of the soldiers, she inspected a four-room apartment, the keys to which were handed to her.
On November 6, 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that control over the observance of the rights of special operation participants and their families is the most important area of activity of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Rights. Later that month, the head of state signed a decree on a lump-sum payment of 4 million rubles to the participants of the SVO who received disability as a result of wounds and injuries.
