A resident of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District won more than 46 million rubles in the lottery. He bought a ticket and won the super prize, the press service of the National Lottery reported on Thursday, February 20.

Since the beginning of the year, this is already the fifth resident of the region, who became a millionaire thanks to the drawing. The organizers of the lottery called Yugra residents record-breakers for big wins after the New Year.
