Sobyanin approved the list of key construction projects in Moscow for 2025-2026

Moscow summarized the results of construction works of the last year and planned new ones. The projects include housing, roads, modern transportation, social infrastructure facilities and other, said the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin in his official Telegram-channel.

Among the key construction projects for 2025-2026 the northern section of the Troitskaya metro line from Novatovskaya station to ZIL is planned. In addition, a new multidisciplinary complex of St. Vladimir's Children's Hospital will be built in the city. There will also appear the National Space Center and additional buildings of oncological hospital No. 62 in Skolkovo. The Central Moscow Hippodrome will also be reconstructed in the capital.

In 2024 the main task remained the creation of a balanced urban environment, development of transport and engineering infrastructure, fulfillment of obligations to Muscovites under the renovation program, said Sobyanin.

Last year in Moscow 14.2 million square meters of real estate, of which 6.5 million square meters - housing. High rates of construction of objects of transport and engineering infrastructure were also maintained.
