The son of the US president, Donald Trump Jr, has suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy win the conflict without US financial assistance. He published the corresponding post on February 19 on his page in the social network X (former Twitter).

Zelensky should "just go and win" the conflict without the "endless" support of the United States, Trump Jr. said.

"Let's see what happens," he wrote.

In addition, in the social network Truth Social, Trump - Jr. commented on the post of his father, in which he accused the head of the Kiev regime of persuading the United States to give Kiev $350 billion for a conflict that could not be won.

"Let's stop the senseless loss of life and endless spending on <conflict> that has very little meaning for us," the American leader's son wrote.

Earlier in the day, US President Donald Trump pointed to the lack of mutual benefit from the $350 billion in aid to Ukraine. He also accused Zelensky of wanting to continue the conflict with Russia for the sake of his enrichment.

Before that, on February 18, the American leader pointed to the lack of reporting of money on the Ukrainian conflict. Trump expressed concern about where half of the funds that the United States has sent to Ukraine as support are located. Zelensky, for his part, said he had no idea where the $200 billion allocated by the United States for military aid had gone. According to him, Kiev received only "$76 and something billion" from Washington.
