Washington should stop spending the budget to provide assistance to Kiev. This was stated by the son of the US President Donald Trump Jr. on February 19.

In the social network Truth Social, he commented on his father's post, in which he rebuked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for not wanting to hold presidential elections in the country, and also accused him of persuading the United States to give Kiev $350 billion for a conflict that could not be won.

"Let's stop the senseless loss of life and endless spending on a war that matters very little to us," Trump's son wrote.

US President Donald Trump on the same day pointed to the lack of mutual benefit from $350 billion in aid to Ukraine, including accusing Zelensky of wanting to continue the conflict with Russian Federation for the sake of his enrichment.

On February 18, the American leader pointed to the lack of accountability of money on the Ukrainian conflict. Trump said that he had long been concerned about where half of the funds that the United States had sent to Ukraine as support for the conflict were located.
