Preparations for the construction of a school for the gifted began near Pskov

Preparations for the construction of a new school for gifted children have begun in the village of Borisovichi near Pskov. This was reported to the Pskov newswire in the regional committee on education.

"At the moment, preparatory work is being carried out at the site on the layout of the territory, the arrangement of a construction camp. On February 4 received a building permit," - told in the Committee.

The school for gifted children will be designed for 800 seats. The project also provides for the construction of a campus for 300 seats. It is planned to put the school into operation in 2027.

Earlier in February it was reported that in Pskov is preparing to move to a new building gymnasium with the study of the basics of Orthodox culture. From September 1, 2025 classes will be held in the building on Kiseleva Street.
