Court extends detention of Rostov Region Deputy Governor Rachalovsky


The Leninsky district court of Rostov-on-Don has extended the detention of the deputy governor, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region Konstantin Rachalovsky for not more than 72 hours. This was reported by the correspondent of "Izvestia".
Rachalovsky does not admit his guilt. The next hearing in the case will be held on February 21
Earlier, February 17, it was reported about the detention of Rachalovsky. The press service of the FSSB in the region reported about the initiation of criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Exceeding official powers"). It is noted that the damage in the case of Rachalovsky is estimated at 156 million rubles.
