Zelensky calls US demand to return $500 billion for aid to Kiev not serious

US President Donald Trump's statement about Ukraine's return of $500bn for its assistance in the conflict is not serious talk. This opinion was expressed by the leader of the Kiev regime Volodymyr Zelensky on February 19.
"In total, the United States has given us today more than $67 billion in arms and $31.5 billion in direct aid to the budget. But talking about the fact that we need to return $500 billion is not a serious conversation," he said at a press conference in Kiev.
According to Zelensky, Kiev and Washington have completely different calculations of financial aid. He added that the conflict cost the Ukrainian side $320 billion, where about $120 billion was spent by Ukraine and another $200 billion by the United States and the European Union (EU).
The day before, the mass media accused the USA of wanting to "economically colonize" Ukraine by assigning it impossible to pay reparations. It is noted that the USA has provided Kiev with almost $300bn in financial aid, for which it demands to pay with the resources of the Ukrainian side. In addition, the country will be obliged to transfer 50% of all revenues to the United States.
